A: Absolutely! Build your own masterpiece by choosing your waffle, dip, toppings, and drizzle—or let one of our Waffle Pop Artists surprise you with one of our signature creations. Every order is as fun and unique as you are.
Q: Can I order online?
A: Yes! Order through DoorDash for pickup or delivery—perfect when you want that sweet fix without leaving home.
Q: How do fundraisers work?
A: Schools, sports teams, and non-profits can host a “Dine-to-Donate” night Monday–Thursday, and we’ll give back 10% of sales to your group. Raising money never tasted so sweet!
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes! We offer both digital and in-shop gift cards. They make the perfect present for birthdays, thank-yous, or “just because” sweet surprises.
Q: What’s the difference between ice cream and gelato?
A: Both are creamy and dreamy, but gelato is churned more slowly, which makes it denser and silkier with less air. It also has less fat than traditional ice cream, so the flavors pop even brighter. Think of ice cream as fluffy and rich, while gelato is smooth, bold, and flavor-packed.
Q: Are your waffles fresh?
A: Absolutely! Every waffle pop is made to order, so it’s warm, golden, and topped just the way you like it. Because we craft each one from scratch, it may take a little extra time—thank you for being patient while our Waffle Artist creates a sweet work of art just for you. You’re always getting a warm, freshly made treat (never frozen or reheated).
Q: Do you offer gluten-free waffles?
A: Not yet—but we’re working on it! We know how important this option is for many of our guests, and we can’t wait to add it to our menu. Stay tuned for updates.
Q: Do you take reservations?
​A: We’re a casual walk-in sweet shop (just pop in!), but we do book private parties, school fundraisers, and special events. Want the shop all to yourself for a celebration? We’ve got you.
Q: What is “Salute to Service Monday”?
A: Every Monday, first responders, healthcare workers, and active-duty military enjoy BOGO 50% off waffles as our way of saying thank you for your service.
Q: What is your allergy policy?
​A: We take allergies seriously. While we can’t guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment, our team is trained in cross-contamination awareness and will do everything possible to keep your treats safe. Please let us know about allergies when you order so we can take extra care.
Q: Do you franchise?
A: We’re working on it! Waffle Pop Sweet Shop is growing, and franchising is on the horizon. Stay tuned—your city could be next.
Q: What’s the difference between sorbet and sorbetto?
A: They’re close cousins! Both are made with fruit, water, and sugar (totally dairy-free). “Sorbetto” is the Italian take on sorbet, but it’s churned like gelato, which makes it smoother and creamier than traditional sorbet. Light, refreshing, and bursting with flavor!
